Every sale, from the first call to the closing.

A sale usually lives in a contact list, a forms site, a signing service and a spreadsheet. Soldcrest keeps it in one file, so the whole office sees what happens next.

Questions

Can I sign up today?

Not on your own. Soldcrest is in early access, and a new office joins with an invitation. Tell us about your office and we’ll show it to you.

Does it connect to my MLS?

Not yet. Each MLS requires its own data license, and those connections aren’t included today.

Does it send emails and texts by itself?

Not your follow-up: it’s prepared and waits for your OK, and texts go out from your own phone. Only notices go by themselves, like a new lead to its agent or a signing request. Sending email isn’t turned on yet.

Is it all in English and Spanish?

The screens are, and each person chooses theirs. The broker chooses the language of what Soldcrest writes by itself: tasks, notes and drafts to a contact whose language isn’t set. The state forms stay in English, as published.

Are Florida Realtors contracts included?

No, they are copyrighted. Soldcrest prepares a sheet with the file’s data to copy into your licensed copy. State notices are filled in.

Is it legal advice?

No. Soldcrest helps you fill in and check paperwork. You and your broker review everything before it goes out.
